What Team 22257 still needs to buy, listed in the order we would actually buy it. Every price carries tax and shipping, so the totals are what checkout would say rather than what the sticker says. If you are looking for a way to help the team, this page is the shopping list.
One pooled season budget of $1,000. Robot Parts and Tools & Storage each have a guide figure, but they are only guides — going over on one is fine while the other runs under. Team shirts have their own separate budget, further down the page.
| Category | Parts | Tax | Shipping | All in | Guide | Vs guide |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Robot Parts | $659.89 | $0.00 | $0.00 | $659.89 | $900 | $240.11 under |
| Tools & Storage | $275.97 | $11.62 | $15.00 | $302.59 | $100 | $202.59 over |
| Season pool | $935.86 | $11.62 | $15.00 | $962.48 | $1,000 | $37.52 under |
| T-Shirts & Spirit Wear (separate) | $209.29 | $0.00 | $0.00 | $209.29 | $300 | $90.71 under |
Tax is figured at 8.3% on parts. Shipping is estimated at $15.00 per vendor and charged once across the whole order, because that is how it actually arrives. Anything already bought uses its real receipt total instead of the estimate. goBILDA gives FIRST teams 25% off, which these list prices do not assume — so the real checkout total should come in under what you see here.
Sorted by priority, not by price. Anything already purchased sits at the top with a green edge. The running total is what the cart would say by the time you reach that row.

Ordered Sept 13 2026, goBILDA #200133002. $209.99 - the full 25% team discount off $279.99 list. Two 4-bar pods, Pinpoint computer, plus hardware and cables for the Control Hub.

Nine pollen balls total - 2.8in, 0.055 lb, yellow. Receipt: $16.50 parts + $23.72 shipping, no sales tax charged. Shipping cost more than the pollen did, so batch anything else from AndyMark into one order rather than reordering piecemeal.

Four Amazon orders, Sept 7-16 2026: category folders, clipboards, board magnets and magnetic sheets, a COMPLETED stamp, full-sheet label paper, digital calipers, a countdown timer, markers, Post-its and zip ties - the consumables and shop supplies behind the meeting task-card system. Orders 113-5889702-9777063, 113-5965863-7127451, 113-1554286-7269841, 113-1618624-1001061. Itemised breakdown lives in the purchases CSV rather than here.

Ordered Sept 25 2026, REV order #242873. $24.00 sheet plus $24.29 shipping, no sales tax. The sheet REV specifies for the 2026-27 Starter Bot's intake and chute/hood.

Bought direct from Limelight Vision Oct 13 2026, order #8697 - support allocated one from a small batch while the store still showed sold out. $189 plus $9 UPS Ground, no sales tax, $198.00 on Mastercard. This is the team's only Limelight: the no-cost transfer from another Herobotix team fell through.

Ordered Sept 13 2026, goBILDA #200133002. Charged full list $59.99 - the team discount did NOT apply to this one. Single-channel controller with a dial for speed and direction on a brushed DC motor, 6-14V. Bench-tests mechanisms off the Control Hub.

Ordered Sept 13 2026, goBILDA #200133002. $1.87 each, the 25% team price. Male bullets on one end, 16AWG bare wire on the other. Crimp a JST VH VHR-2N onto the bare end and it plugs straight into the HD Hex motor's own header - no adapter stack.

Ordered Sept 13 2026, goBILDA #200133002. Charged full list $24.99 - no team discount. Turns a servo signal into colors and flash patterns for robot status. Ships with both TJC8 and 3-pos JST PH leads, so it plugs into a Control Hub servo port as-is.

Ordered Sept 13 2026, goBILDA #200133002. Charged full list $34.99 - no team discount. MOSFET rocker switch with current monitoring and short-circuit protection. XT30 in and out, drops straight into the battery line; the 3-pos JST PH lead feeds current data back to the hub.

Dual channel, 200W total (100W per port), NiMH/NiCd/LiPo/LiFe/Pb with balancing. Runs past the Tools guide on its own, covered by Robot Parts coming in under. Assume NO team discount: order #200133002 showed goBILDA's newer control electronics excluded, so a resold Hitec product almost certainly is too. Budget the full $139.99.
Buy only if funds are left at the end of the season - lowest priority on the list. Cuts 4x6 rectangular and 4.5in round at 80/120/200 FPM. The team's four stationary tools include no metal bandsaw, which is what aluminium extrusion and C-channel want. In-store only (stocked at Superstition Springs), so no shipping - but it is 143 lb on a wheeled stand and needs a truck plus floor space. Harbor Freight runs a recurring 15%-off-any-single-item coupon, which would put it near $297 if it applies. Would have to be added to the power-tool check-off poster before any student uses it.
A separate $300 budget for team shirts and spirit wear. It is tracked on its own and never counts against the $1,000 season pool above.
